Uli’s Restaurant has been a staple on the White Rock Waterfront since 1986.
Originally opened by German Chef Uli Blume. It’s now operated by his son Tyson, who used to work there part-time while studying at UBC.
They serve west-coast bistro style food, and even have “a secret burger” menu, with 9 different kinds of burgers to choose from, all served to you on a wooden platter.
The ones our team at PULSE FM got to sample for “Taste White Rock” were the delicious melts-in-your-mouth Veggie Burger with a quinoa patty, siracha mayo, onions and a side Salad, and the Amazing 9.0 Burger with deep fried pickles and skinny french fries.
Super delicious, and some of the yummiest burgers we’ve had in our lives! Trust us, they’re so good!
If you’re looking to try out their menu for Taste White Rock,
make sure you stop by 11AM to 930PM Monday to Friday, or 10am-10pm on the weekends.
Not only will you love the food like we did, but you’ll also enjoy the view of the White Rock Pier, which is amazing looking out the windows or from the patio of Uli’s Restaurant.
