On February 26, 2019 at approximately 9:15 am, a 16-year-old girl was walking in the area of 154 Street and 101A Avenue when she was approached by an unknown man. The man grabbed the girl by the arm as she walked by and attempted to walk her in the direction of a parked vehicle. The girl was able to break free from the man and get away.

The suspect is described as a male in his early 20s with tanned/reddish skin, approximately 6’0 tall, and a medium build. The male had a chisel shaped jaw, pointy nose, and was clean shaven. He was wearing a grey hoodie with brownish pants and red shoes. The vehicle is described as a small, silver early 2000’s model sedan, possibly a Kia or a Subaru.

 Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area around 9:00 to 9:30am who may have dash-cam video to contact the Surrey RCMP.
