The Surrey RCMP are currently investigating an incident which occurred at a residence in the Central City area overnight. At approximately, 9:30 pm the Surrey RCMP responded to a residence in the 13300 block of 98A Avenue after a report of a serious incident. The Lower Mainland Emergency Response Team attended to assist the investigation.

There will be road closures in the area for a significant amount of time as the investigation is ongoing and police are requesting the public stay away from the area. The scene and situation is now contained and there is no further risk to the public.
