Last night someone decided to dump either bubble bath soap or liquid detergent into the water fountains at Holland Park, creating meters-high soap suds! Although it may have seemed like a funny joke, it’s probably not very funny for The City of Surrey staff who are in charge of the clean up to get things back-to-normal at the park. #WhoDoesThat?
