The Surrey RCMP are investigating after receiving reports in the early morning hours of shots being fired in South Surrey.
On October 5, 2018 at approximately 1:00 am the Surrey RCMP received multiple reports of shots fired in the 3300 block of 194 Street with two vehicles seen fleeing the area. Investigators attended the area and located evidence of a shooting taking place.
Around the same time, police were also made aware of a vehicle on fire in a nearby intersection of 28 Avenue and 188 Street. This vehicle has been seized as part of the investigation.
