Greg Beamish is here for a good time. This Vancouver dude is becoming world renowned for his hilarious crowd banter and energized live performances.
The Canadian rapper has spent the past year piling up the kind of bucket-list experiences most budding MCs would trade their gold teeth for: Performing shows with Action Bronson, Ghostface Killah, Riff Raff and Redman. Touring around Japan, Germany and the US as well as collaborating with Juno-winning hip-hop legend Moka Only. Brilliant as all that was, shit got truly get crazy when he hit the stage at NXNE. On top of being an awesome guy at rapping, Greg Beamish also throws super rad parties and events all over the city of Vancouver. He’s also a regular guest on the Crimes & Treasons Radio Show on CiTR 101.9. Greg, lost his mother at a young age after a lengthy bout with breast cancer. His song “Terry Fox” touches on this. Beamish first garnered recognition from his MC battle success. Soon after making a name for himself as competitive rhymer, Greg rose to local prominence with his energized live performance which lead to him sharing stages with some of the biggest names in rap music including: T-Pain, KRS-1, Digital Underground and many more! His first show ever was opening for Canadian punk-rock legends D.O.A!
Greg Beamish has toured around Western Canada and the US a few times. He’s also developed a considerable following throughout Japan after a performance at the Stones Throw Records Party at Sound Museum Vision in Tokyo. Since then Greg has been back to the land of the rising sun regularly to perform at La Foundation, a celebrated Tokyo DJ collective concert series.
Coming off a broken leg from a snowboard accident didn’t stop Beamish from doing a dozen shows around Germany and Switzerland with hip hop production legend alongside German hip hop artist, Retrogött. Greg Beamish has been featured in The Georgia Strait and Hiphopcanada.com as well as
