Students from Beach Grove Elementary were awarded certificates of achievement for being the 2019 Cool It! Climate Change Workshop winners.
The program challenges students to commit to actions that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to work with their families to conserve energy.
The winning classroom committed to reducing their greenhouse gas emmisions by 39.7 tonnes and were recently awarded their certificates of acheivement by Delta Mayor George Harvie – congratulations!
