Arrived home last night to a guest waiting on my front steps. A spider. A big Spider. A big Black Wolf Spider.
Not sure about you, but I am NOT A FAN OF SPIDERS!
(Especially big black ones)
Fall is the time for spiders, for rats and all the other critters and creatures that are looking to beat the cold and move indoors.
Another bug you may see a lot of this fall is that big mosquito looking thing that isn’t really a mosquito at all.
(I thought they were too)
They’re not male mosquitos they’re actually called Crane Flies and there are more than 50,0000 different types in North America.
Some like spring, some like summer, most like fall.
Oh, and they don’t bite not suck blood.
They are a favorite snack of fish, birds, and occasionally the odd motorcyclist.
